Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Nursing Float Pool on the night shift. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple acute care settings in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Preferred candidates have ICU and/or Emergency Department experience, with a BSN preferred and BLS certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN license.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience caring for medically complex patients.
• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple acute care settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Document care accurately and per standards.
• Delegate and direct care based on team member competencies.
• Support quality, safety, infection prevention, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional excellence through ongoing education.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

RN Licensure
