Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool for night shifts. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple ICU units, supporting teams and delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and active in nursing practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN is a plus.
• Strong ICU or critical care clinical skills and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and advanced life support as required.
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records per regulations.
• Communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Support infection control and patient safety across ICU assignments.
• Float between ICU areas as assigned and adapt to new environments.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
