Job summary

A leading health care organization is seeking an RN for the Intensive Care Float Pool working night shifts. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing care plans, implementing treatments, and evaluating patient responses. Candidates must have a minimum of nine months RN experience and an Oregon RN license. This full-time position offers opportunities to work in a dynamic health care environment. Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience required.
• Two (2) years recent experience in a progressive or intermediate care unit.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate multi-system assessments.
• Develops individual nursing care plans.
• Initiates appropriate measures based on protocol.
• Evaluates patient’s response to treatment.
