Job summary

PeaceHealth's RN Float Pool at night offers a dynamic role across multiple acute care settings. As a full-time night shift RN (0.90 FTE), you’ll support diverse patient populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS at hire, and at least two years in acute care with ICU or ED experience. A BSN is preferred; a signing bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience.
• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documenting patient care accurately and in accordance with established standards.

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong acute care background and ICU and/or Emergency Department experience to join our Nursing Float Pool on a full-time night shift schedule.

Hiring Bonus and Relocation Assistance may be available.

Pay Range: $42.96 - $79.55 per hour

Compensation is based on factors including experience, education, training, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and seniority.
