The role requires delivering courteous valet service overnight, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining a clean, professional station while upholding hotel standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include documenting damage, ensuring vehicle safety, and providing outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; acceptable driving record.
• Stand/walk; lift up to 50 lbs; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and assist with guests during overnight hours.
• Document existing vehicle damage on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles per safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area overnight; respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Record hours and gratuities per policy.
• Provide outstanding guest service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive on time in full uniform; comply with policies.
• Support teammates and assist with additional tasks.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
