Ideal candidates have 2+ years in upscale dining, strong knowledge of wine and cocktails, and a proven ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining exceptional service quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience leading and guiding front-of-house teams in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the flow of service by greeting guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring a seamless and elevated dining experience.
• Communicate guest orders and requests clearly and accurately to servers and support staff.
• Present and announce food and beverage selections with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy considerations.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine pairings, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
