Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room and service station according to standards.
• Greet and welcome guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant areas.
• Assist in coaching and developing junior staff.
• Record transactions accurately using Point of Sales systems.

Skills

Strong food and wine knowledge

2-5 years of experience in hospitality or customer service

1 or more years of luxury or Michelin experience

Strong and efficient communication skills

Sociable personality with composure

Ability to multitask in a stressful environment
