Dentsu in the United States (Virginia remote) seeks an Associate Manager to oversee nightlife and retail consumer engagement programs in market. You will collaborate with marketing teams to recruit Educators and Influencers, train staff, and coordinate event logistics to ensure flawless execution.

You will manage payroll and expenses, ensure compliance with state alcohol laws, and monitor event data across platforms, reporting timely insights to the Market Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in field / promotional marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Promotional experience in Wine and Spirits is preferred.
• Able to effectively source candidates to ensure a match to the position/organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficiency in MacOS operating system is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Recruiting and managing Educators and Influencers for event execution in market.
• Train staff on brands, programs, consumer engagement, and execution excellence.
• Manage staff pools to support volume and business needs.
• Coordinate point-of-sale and warehouse management for local events.
• Ensure coordination, kitting, and utilization of POS.
• Enter and review event data in activation platforms.
• Ensure event reporting is entered accurately and timely.
• Manage staff payroll and expense processes and Travel/Entertainment expenses.
• Understand local alcohol laws and sampling regulations.
• Attend, monitor, and evaluate events for quality control.
