Legacy Hospitality is seeking experienced managers to grow our Chicago teams. You will lead a high-energy staff, drive exceptional guest experiences, and partner with leadership to optimize daily operations.

This role focuses on profitability, team development, and security coordination in a dynamic hospitality setting, with responsibilities including weekend closing and nightlife client engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of leadership in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and business acumen.
• Passion for food, service, and dining.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team delivering guest experiences.
• Collaborate with management to improve day-to-day operations.
• Manage financial aspects of the operation.
• Cultivate relationships with guests for personalized service.
• Develop relationships with nightlife clientele.
• Build and develop the Security Team (Goodwill Ambassadors).
• Close the restaurant/bar on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
