Job summary

VIG Milwaukee is seeking a friendly service teammate to assist the service team in delivering genuine hospitality and an extraordinary dining experience for every guest. You will work with teammates to support all steps of service, clear and reset tables, bussing, and safe operation of equipment, while following the employee handbook and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Follow all systems, policies, and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide genuine hospitality to guests and exceed expectations.
• Complete alcohol awareness and/or food handler training courses.
• Commitment to teamwork with a pleasant attitude.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Follow all steps of service as outlined in the handbook.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment.
• Stand and/or walk for the duration of shifts.
• Lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds generally.
• Safely operate equipment such as dish machines, coffee machines, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist the service team in providing genuine hospitality to every guest.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a polished dining area.
• Use proper bussing techniques and support table maintenance during service.
• Support multiple team members simultaneously to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates.
• Maintain proper setup of server stations during service.
• Safely move chairs and tables as needed in the dining room.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently during shifts.
