Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of leadership or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and achieve daily goals.
• Oversee plant or department processes and training, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate to drive regulatory compliance and customer-focused standards through SOPs and audits.
• Oversee safety, quality and production initiatives, and resolve roadblocks to improve performance.
• Coordinate night and weekend shift coverage; support potential transition to days based on performance.
