Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks multiple Production Supervisors for our U.S. manufacturing plants to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced dairy and food production environment. You’ll drive leadership, manufacturing operations, and regulatory compliance while coaching partners to meet daily goals and safety standards. The role includes relocation options, night and weekend shifts, and potential to move to days as you prove success, across several sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years proven leadership or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally.
• Able to collaborate with diverse teams and foster a respectful culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and daily production goals.
• Oversee plant, department or process-related programs and training.
• Drive daily problem solving to reduce waste and costs; participate in capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and customer requirements during audits.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts aligned with company commitments.
