Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years proven leadership or manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse team to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
• Oversee plant operations, training, and process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and customer requirements; conduct internal audits and SOPs.
