Schreiber Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in a food manufacturing setting. You will participate in our Production Leader training, coaching teammates, and driving safety, quality, and production goals.

The role focuses on leadership, daily manufacturing operations, and regulatory & customer compliance while working night shifts and weekends with potential shift to days.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years leadership or manufacturing experience acceptable.
