Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in clinical care and assessment of all patient populations.
• Communicates expectations for nursing practice and coordinates with staff, physicians and patients.
• Resolves administrative and patient care management problems.
• Promotes and supports continuing education for staff.
• Monitors expenditures.
• Manages human resources effectively.
• Attends monthly staff meetings.
• Assists with scheduling of nursing staff and other staff members.
