Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor for a part-time role. The position runs 7am–7pm with daily pay, offering a strong clinical leadership opportunity in a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Rhode Island.
• BLS CPR certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in healthcare, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensuring timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
