Brown University Health’s Bradley Hospital in East Providence, RI seeks a Nurse Supervisor for night shifts (7:00 pm - 7:30 am, 3 shifts/week). You will supervise nursing and behavioral health staff, provide clinical guidance, and serve as the first-line nursing administrator during evenings and weekends.

The role emphasizes patient safety, risk management, and adherence to hospital policies. Experience in psychiatric nursing and supervisory roles is preferred; licensure in RI is required.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license.
• Graduate of nursing school with current licensure.
• Maintain SafetyCare and AHA BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staffing and scheduling of Nursing and Behavioral Health staff during shifts.
• Lead the code team and act as Incident Commander as needed.
• Rounds on units and ensures timely handoffs with charge RN.
• Support hospital-wide patient safety programs and staff training.
• Coordinate admissions after hours and serve as liaison for Pharmacy/Lab/Medical Supply.
• Ensure compliance with Brown University Health policies and required certifications.
