Job summary

Care New England is seeking an Admin. Patient Care Supervisor who has authority and accountability for administering the entire hospital during 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends and holidays.

This role requires initiative and creativity, acting as a clinical resource for the nursing staff at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. The incumbent must demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to quality health care.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree preferred, Bachelor degree required or proof toward degree.
• Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as an RN.
• CPR certification required; NRP/ACLS certified within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Administers the hospital during 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serves as a clinical resource for the nursing staff.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality health care for Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island.
