Job summary

Massage Envy seeks a General Manager to lead a caring team and deliver exceptional experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while driving memberships and retail sales in a dynamic spa setting. You will coach and support the team to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and a culture where staff feel valued.

The role requires a strong leader who can motivate, build relationships, and guide daily operations to ensure guests feel their best.

Qualifications

• Must have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Proven ability to multi-task and build relationships while coaching a team.
• Ability to have tough conversations professionally and constructively.
• Capable of creating a strong workplace culture where employees feel valued and connected to the mission.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain team members including interviewing, onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Manage all operational aspects including memberships, retail, deposits, inventory, and compliance.
• Set goals, prioritize work and analyze business performance to drive growth.
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members through training, clear expectations, and performance reviews.
• Develop positive relationships with employees, members, and guests.
