Job summary

Microtel Inn & Suites Columbus is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.

You’ll operate phones and computer systems, safeguard privacy, assist with reports, and keep public areas tidy. Weekend and night shifts are required; prior front desk experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dedication, flexibility and a positive attitude.
