• Skills: ability to supervise, motivate, and train hourly employees; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processes on the dock and in coolers.
• Review, coach, and develop the outbound associates.
• Monitor work, ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety and security regulations; lead pre-shift meetings.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Substitute unavailable items for selection.
• Communicate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Spot check orders for accuracy and quality.
• Pull critical care orders or double-check them for quality.
• Inspect equipment daily and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
