Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for night warehouse operations. You will supervise order selection, replenishment and loading, ensuring safety and security while directing assigned staff.

Responsibilities include managing labor budgets, scheduling, asset utilization, audits, and cross-training. You will enforce company policies and coordinate with Safety and regulatory teams to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees in night warehouse operations.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra days and shifts.
• Ensures proper use of company assets and conducts repairs coordination.
• Reviews night warehouse functions and productivity reports; suggests efficiency and cost reductions.
• Performs shipping and loading audits and maintains required documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
• Supports training of associates and cross-training; maintains open communication and morale.
• Enforces policies; leads staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and terminations.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, AIB, FDA, USDA and other regulatory agencies.
