• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Ensure safety, HACCP/docs, and correct storage of materials.
• Audit shipping and loading processes daily and enforce policies.
• Train new associates and cross-train existing staff.
