• Reviews productivity reporting and suggests efficiency ideas.
• Maintains safety and sanitation in the facility.
• Interacts with Safety department for training and inspections.
• Executes staff selection, development, and discipline.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA and other regs.
