Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year college degree in Business/Logistics preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly warehouse operations including order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate repairs with departments.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and documentation such as HAACP and catch-weight records.
• Train new associates and conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA and other regulations.
