Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee night operations including order selection, replenishment, and loading. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate, efficient warehouse performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on cost control and process improvements. You will work with a team to uphold Sysco’s safety and quality standards during night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification required or to be obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nightly warehouse staff engaged in order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and proper use of assets.
• Coordinates repairs with relevant departments as necessary.
• Reviews productivity reports and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Audits shipping and loading documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
• Supports associate training and cross-training of staff.
