Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and related paperwork to ensure timely deliveries. You will supervise both warehouse and admin staff, drive adherence to safety and productivity standards, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on pick planning and process improvements.

The role requires 2-6 years of warehouse experience (including supervisory), a high school diploma or GED, and a relevant associate degree or comparable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience within foodservice industry; Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel receiving product, pulling orders, loading trucks for next-day delivery and related paperwork.
• Supervise administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on the truck.
• Maintain stock rotation using first-in/first-out procedures and proper storage.
• Promote service quality and ensure understanding of roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate pick planning with Warehouse Manager and utilize warehouse management systems.
