The role emphasizes inventory integrity, KPI tracking, and adherence to OSHA and food-safety standards, with a compensation range reflecting seniority in a foodservice distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience with 1+ year supervisory.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control practices.
• Proficient in English; ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Eligible to work in the United States; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback while ensuring safety and policies.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO rotation; escalate issues.
• Enforce OSHA and food safety standards; participate in audits.
• Track team productivity and communicate shift performance to management.
• Work Sunday night through Thursday night and stay until night work completes.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
