Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Night Supervisor to assist the manager with daily warehouse activities, including receiving, replenishment, and training new hires. This labor-intensive role requires leadership and hands-on supervision during the evening shift.

You will oversee loading, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing 5+ employees.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with direction of activities of all warehouse associates.
• Liaison between employee and managers.
• Influence and motivate peers to achieve goals.
• Assist manager with directing workflow.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.

• Utilize warehouse management system to locate product and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks.
