Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Aurora, CO is hiring a Warehouse Night Lead to support the Manager and Supervisor with replenishment, receiving, and basic warehouse duties. The role includes training new hires and ensuring productivity and accuracy across the night shift.

The Night Lead will oversee loading/unloading, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. until completion.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Warehouse management systems, Workday software experience desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be able to work assigned hours, Monday - Friday.
• Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours/days without advance notice.
• Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.

The Warehouse Night Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisor with replenishment, receiving, other basic warehouse functions, be a trainer for new hires and other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Night Lead schedule is Monday through Friday 4:30 p.m. to completion or as business needs dictate. This is a labor-intensive role where team members will be responsible for moving stock repeatedly throughout the shift both manually and with equipment.

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and Fit for duty testing.

The expected pay rate for this role is $25.00.
