Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day and night shifts, ensure high-quality service to customers and internal stakeholders, and drive safety, productivity, and cost control.

You will hire, train and develop staff, enforce SOPs, manage inventory, and collaborate with other managers to meet business needs while maintaining compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive operating responsibility in warehouse/distribution.
• 5-10 years management experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Experience coaching and motivating teams.
• Familiar with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication and Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day and night warehouse and facility personnel.
• Oversee inventory management, safety, and cost centers.
• Lead compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other managers to meet business requirements.
• Maintain relationships with executives and staff and other stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory laws for delivery and warehouse operations.
