Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in one of our distribution centers. This full-time role focuses on motivating, mentoring, and managing hourly staff on the floor to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.

You will hire, train, and develop team members, enforce safety policies, coordinate with other departments, and oversee order selection, replenishment, loading, and unloading to ensure accurate, timely operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed between May 2024 and December 2025.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop hourly staff in a warehouse setting.
• Coordinate order selection and replenishment to meet production and delivery needs.
• Enforce safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
• Oversee loading/unloading and ensure accurate, efficient operations.
