Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager I to lead our night warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe order fulfillment. On-site in a 4-day week, you’ll manage the night shift team, drive performance, and oversee packing, loading, and delivery readiness.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with day shift leadership to ensure seamless transitions while maintaining OSHA/DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse leadership; night shift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with OSHA and DOT safety requirements.
• Experience with WMS and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the night warehouse team to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Oversee nightly order picking, loading, and delivery preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Coach staff and monitor KPIs with day shift leadership.
• Schedule staffing to meet nightly demand and optimize workflow.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance.
