Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to direct the team loading wine and spirits onto delivery trucks, maintain inventory, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

You will supervise associates, ensure efficient order picking, loading, and unloading, enforce safety and OSHA standards, report damages, and safeguard warehouse operations while meeting tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in related business area.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs the workforce to load cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks while minimizing breakage.
• Oversees picking from full case lines, bottle room, and replenishment to ensure timely dispatch.
• Reports damage to equipment, product, and facilities.
• Enforces safety by adhering to OSHA standards and performing preventative maintenance as needed.
• Maintains storage area, space efficiency, and correct location of received goods.
• Supervises associates and administers HR tasks in line with company policies.
