Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead in Devon, PA, to supervise a shift of warehouse operators and material controllers. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely movement of goods, while guiding training and adherence to JM procedures.

The role emphasizes 5S, Kaizen initiatives, and incident investigations, with a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education desirable.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating shift activities.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control and domestic traffic procedures desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift team to ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations (receiving, movement, storage, dispatch).
• Oversee training of new workers in site procedures and standards.
• Organize warehouse security to ensure safe receipt, movement, storage and distribution of goods.
