Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain Team in Ridgefield, WA. You may rotate among six areas, including MHE operator, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping, with typical shift 10:00pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday.

Safety culture and teamwork are emphasized in daily duties. Qualified candidates have 3+ months warehouse experience, can pass a drug screen, are capable of lifting 70–100 lbs, and are 18+.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime beyond scheduled shift as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 70–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick products and move within the facility.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance as required.
• Confirm accuracy of products and address discrepancies with teammates.
• Unload trucks manually, palletize products, and organize shipments.
• Support six possible roles (MHE operator, porter, replenishment, receiving, returns, shipping) as needed.
