Job summary

Staples World Class Supply Chain Team is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support multiple areas, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, and Shipping. You may be moved between roles as needed to meet business demands.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment while handling products up to 100 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or equivalent training/education/experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-Time associates may require overtime based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be able to walk/stand 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick/move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance in the facility and maintain safety procedures.
• Handle warehouse receiving/putaway/returns tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
• Organize and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets, load trucks manually, and maintain a safe workspace.
