Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team. Roles include bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping, with a 5:00am-1:30pm schedule from Monday to Wednesday. You may be moved among roles to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates should be able to lift 70–100 pounds and pass a drug screen as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety shoes.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely to pick, move, and palletize products.
• Perform warehouse tasks in multiple roles (bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, shipping).
• Unload trucks and ensure correct packing slips; communicate with team to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety culture.
