Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor in Louisville, KY to direct warehouse operations and supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators.

The role manages the nightly freight schedule and emphasizes safety, efficiency and accuracy in receiving and shipping processes. The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work extended hours during peak

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication, both oral and written.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills; comfortable with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Manage storage buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging; coordinate with CEM/Operations Manager for repairs.
• Ensure warehouse safety programs and training; enforce standard operating procedures.
• Handle inquiries, resolve problems, and coordinate with other departments for efficiency.
