Job summary

Floor & Decor in Henderson, NV is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across the store network. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments in the company.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products.
• Enforce warehouse safety programs and training for all staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports for management and monitor data entry flow.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping documents, invoices and receiver reports.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of inventories for counting and inspection.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
