Job summary

Buffalo Rock is seeking a Warehouse Picker 1 for the Central Hub in Birmingham, AL. The role supports timely replenishment of product into the Vertique system towers and follows safety and GMP guidelines.

You will work Monday through Friday, 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM, operate conveyors, coordinate with forklift and system operators by radio, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while protecting inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read product packaging and communicate in English via radio.

Responsibilities

• Fill the discharge conveyors of one cell tower with thirty lanes.
• Keep all assigned conveyor lanes full, with correct product, as dictated by the lighting system.
• Load into discharge conveyors only good condition product; keep rollers free of debris.
• Follow the lighting system priorities, keeping the discharge conveyor lamps green and chasing red.
• Keep lanes free of jams and remove damaged items to appropriate collection or logs.
• Communicate with forklift operators and system operators via radio about tower status and product flow.
