Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Warehouse Picker 1 - Central Hub to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of product into the Vertique system towers, following established practices and GMP guidelines.

You will work M-F 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM, fill discharge conveyors, keep lanes loaded with the correct product, and communicate with forklift and system operators by radio to coordinate status, jams, and clearances while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read product packaging and communicate in English via radio.

Responsibilities

• Attend to discharge conveyors and keep lanes full with correct product.
• Maintain clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines.
• Communicate with forklift operators and system operators to coordinate status and issues.
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols; report potential food safety issues.
