Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Grove City, OH Presort facility. The role is 3rd shift (9:30pm-6:30am, Mon-Fri) with an annual salary range of $59,000.00–$62,000.00 plus a 6% bonus.

You will manage production workers, ensure USPS compliance, and drive efficiency while supporting career growth. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory USPS-related experience and two years in production or mailing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in a USPS-related environment.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in production or mailing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access; basic MS Word and internet/email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production workers on the designated shift.
• Interview, hire, train, appraise performance; manage disciplinary actions.
• Ensure adherence to USPS regulations and internal reports.
• Identify ways to improve equipment use, working conditions, and motivation.
• Maintain clear inter-shift communication.
