Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an Operations leader for night warehouse duties in Knoxville. You will oversee order selection, loading, replenishment, and safety, guiding the night staff and ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include labor planning, cost control, reporting, and coordinating with safety and other departments. A focus on HAACP and regulatory documentation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct night warehouse staff and safety for order selection, replenishment and loading.
• Monitor labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Review productivity and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HAACP, food safety and regulatory docs.
