Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an Operations leader for night warehouse activities in Atlanta. The role oversees order selection, loading, stocking, and safety, directing the night staff to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a business/SC degree. Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and Sysco software is expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Bachelor's/Associate in Business Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and regulations.
Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software; able to learn Sysco software.

Responsibilities

Manages daily work and safety of night warehouse associates (order selection, replenishment, loading).
Oversees labor hours and consumables within budget.
Prepares shift schedules and extra work days as needed.
Ensures proper use of company assets; coordinates repairs as needed.
Reviews night warehouse productivity and reporting.
