Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.
• Strong reading, writing and numerical skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervises night warehouse staff including selectors, loaders and night forklift operators.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns shifts.
• Ensures safety and security of warehouse facilities and assets.
• Coordinates repairs and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Monitors productivity and implements efficiency improvements.
• Maintains HAACP and food safety documentation.
• Trains new associates and cross-trains existing staff.
• Upholds company policies and conducts performance reviews.
