Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; a degree in business management or supply chain is preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination acceptable.
• Certification: Powered Industrial Equipment certification within 3 months of start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night warehouse activities including order selection and loading.
• Ensure safety and security; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Prepare work schedules and manage labor hours within budget.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Review productivity reports and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain HAACP, food safety, and catch-weight documentation.
• Maintain associate relations and communicate policies; lead meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with Safety and other departments for training and inspections.
