Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred in business/management.
• 3-5 years related experience in warehouse or operations.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
• Proficiency with Excel and office software; willingness to learn Sysco tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night warehouse operations including order selection, loading and stocking.
• Manage schedules, labor hours, and budgeted consumables.
• Ensure safety, HAACP, and food safety documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate repairs and oversee asset utilization.
• Lead and develop night shift associates and enforce policies.
