Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Operations night warehouse supervisor to manage night shift activities, including order selection, loading, stocking and safety. You will lead a team of selectors, loaders and night forklift operators and coordinate with the Safety department.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Excel and Sysco software. You will drive efficiency, monitor costs, and ensure HACCP and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software; able to learn Sysco systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees night warehouse operations including order selection, loading, stocking and safety.
• Monitors labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns shifts as needed.
• Ensures proper use of company assets in the warehouse.
• Coordinates required repairs with proper departments.
• Reviews productivity reporting and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Ensures accurate dispatch documentation including HACCP and safety records.
• Maintains sanitation and observes safety inspections.
