Job summary

PepsiCo in Springfield is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets and load bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure order accuracy and safety in a high-volume environment.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing and walking for long periods, and maintaining clean work areas while adhering to shipper/receiver documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation skills and safe handling.
• Ability to work with racking systems and load pallets.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
